TIMING
Each game of Fast5 Netball includes:
Four quarters – six minutes each
One minute break at quarter time and three-quarter time
 Three minute break at half time
All teams are required to provide a scorer/timer for their own game
THE COURT
Always wanted to score from long range?
There will be 2 scoring areas within the court.
The ‘INNER CIRCLE’ is the area inside the Goal Circle. Each goal scored from this area is worth 1 point.
Each goal scored outside the Goal Circle is worth 3 points.
Each team also has their own ‘SUBSTITUTION BOX’ on the side of the court. This is where players enter and
exit the court from this area during play – just remember to keep your eyes open for umpires!
